Find out if you're at risk for Type 2 Diabetes! The American Diabetes Association has this helpful risk assessment tool available online, which you can find at diabetes.org/socrisktest. Answer the questions listed and after you add up all the points, if your score is 5 or more, then you are at an increased risk of type 2 diabetes. You should then take this risk tool to your trusted board-certified medical professional to have proper screening tests done to determine if you have diabetes. @amdiab
