Additionally, its twin structure allows preparation of a second batch of food while one kettle is being mixed. This Cleveland 100 gallon tilting steam jacketed twin mixer kettle boasts precise, solid state electronic temperature controls, and heats evenly from all sides, eliminating hot spots to yield consistently ideal results. It features a 2" diameter tangent draw-off valve for easy dispensing, as well as a high-capacity, large lip for easy pouring of chunky products. A 50 PSI rating, higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance. This unit must be tilted manually. Its flanged, level-adjustable feet can be bolted to the floor.
