The Bunn MHG multi hopper grinder then adjusts its grind time to deliver the proper volume and consistency based on the Smart Hopper's information. The grinder's powerful 3/4 hp motor quickly processes each batch. Unlike other grinders that pulverize your coffee beans into pellets, the Bunn MHG multi hopper coffee grinder uses precision burrs that shave the coffee beans into a size and shape that allows for maximum flavor extraction during the brewing process. Once ground, Bunn's BrewWISE system, stores information like the flavor of coffee being ground and the batch size within a chip inside compatible brew funnels, so that when you take that funnel from a BrewWISE grinder to brew it, the brewer can read exactly what coffee was ground and dispense the correct amount of water for that flavor profile.
