Please contact your facility managerment if this is the case. Please note that UPS and FedEx on occasion mark items as delivered even if the item has not been actually delivered. If you feel that the item has been delivered (check the carriers website) and you do not have your package. Please contact the carrier and report a lost package. Supply us with the case number so we can begin the replacement or refund process.
