During years two (2) through five (5) after purchase, the mattress and/or the upholstered base may be sent to the factory freight prepaid for repair, reconditioning or replacement for a $100.00 fee. Return shipment will be freight collect. This warranty does not apply to any product subjected to customer misuse, damage in transit or handling by the delivering agent, or which, in the opinion of Flex-A-Bed, has been altered by an unauthorized representative in any way that affects the reliability or detracts from the product. Replacement parts are guaranteed for the unexpired balance of the original warranty period. This warranty does not include responsibility for transportation or handling expenses. Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable. An RA (Return Authorization) from Mobility Nest must be requested within 30 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days. Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment. If delivered by a technician and delivery slip is signed and accepted the item is unable to be returned.
