A Soft Start water pump comes up to speed gradually to avoid jarring dishes so they won't chip or break.This machine's built-in booster heater raises incoming water temperatures to the 180 degrees F necessary to sanitize wares without the use of sanitizing chemicals. An Auto Safe system ensures that the water is heated to that temperature during every cycle, and will not allow for the cycle to complete until water is hot enough.
