With the Step Switch you can toggle between two bits (Start and Stop). These can have independent colors (Radio colors are the same for both buttons). You could set the stop color red for both on and off and set the Start color green for on and off.

We had issues with operators occasionally hitting stop instead of the counter reset button which would shut down the line inadvertently. This just covers the stop button so there's no accidental presses.
