2014年7月5日 · Unfortunately, her favourite had always been cod, sole, shrimp. I used very small amounts to hide meds in. It was a compromise. A bit of bad twice a day and shovelling 2 meds down her throat instead of 4. But virtually every cat food is a compromise - esp with a sickly cat.

2019年1月9日 · My vet prefers ProPlan. Many of the recipes really seem similar to Fancy Feast (especially the medleys). Delilah will occasionally eat ProPlan then goes on hunger strike until I give her Fancy Feast. So I generally stick with Fancy Feast. I wish Fancy Feast had a rabbit variety I could give to my other cat, who is on a rabbit only diet.

2017年3月26日 · They are ok to feed once in awhile, though. The little 3 oz cans of Fancy Feast (and other brands as well) will end up costing a lot over time since you have to buy a ton of cans. One cat may eat as many as 3 or 4 of the 3 oz cans in a single day. Fancy Feast dry food has poor quality ingredients so I wouldn't feed that.

2013年2月18日 · Avoid fish flavored food; the smell can become addictive and because of the fish used, can lead to UTIs. Nature's Variety (wet) is a pretty good food, especially the grain free version. Interestingly, I feed a feral/stray cat colony, and they are not preferring Friskies pate to Friskies gravy--they know what is best for them!

2023年8月8日 · Our kitten Sulley is 14 weeks old and has just recently been allowed full time access to our resident 1 year old cat Sebastian and the run of the whole house. They eat on opposite sides of the kitchen in their own spots. Sebastian only likes fancy feast grilled poultry style wet food and we have been feeding Sulley Purina pro plan kitten wet food.
