Oct 2, 2008 · On the out side where the cable connects to the carb find the first nut closest to the carb and loosen it then unscrew the cable sleeve from the carb Pull the cable out of the carb and enjoy! When you loosen the nut, turn it just enough to get the cable sleeve to unscrew. You may have to adjust it when you put it back together.

Oct 29, 2024 · The air filter side is slightly smaller than the Yamaha carburetor but it fit good. The throttle cable inlet hole on the polaris carb is female threaded. I drilled it out to 15/64 and pressed in an insert i had with the same male threads as the Yamaha. The choke insert on the polaris is longer and has smaller threads.

Oct 3, 2010 · There should be a number on the side of the keyswitch and you can take the number to a locksmith and he should be able to make a key for it. You will probably need the title and it would be a good idea to take the keyswitch with you. At least, I know you can do that for a Honda, I guess a Yamaha would be the same way.

I currently have some HiSun parts installed on my Rhino such as a steering rack (68.00), drivers side spindle with bearings and ball joints (65.00) and a front drivers side brake rotor (28.00).

Mar 28, 2013 · That made me think I had it right. Now that I look closer though, they have a picture with an arrow showing clockwise, but they are looking at it from the back side. That means that the directions would be turned around if you were looking from the front. Thanks a lot. I guess I'll take it apart and spin it around.
