2008年7月24日 · Does anyone have any experience with Costco's Premium Advantage Protein Bars? A RNY patient (1 yr out) that I know swears by them, but I'm curious if they have too many carbs for most new post-ops. They have 27? carbs but only 8 sugars per bar. I'm still pre-op, but am trying to stock up before surgery. Just looking for input.
Lumpy premier protein shake from Costco - ObesityHelp
2011年5月9日 · My protein shakes have gone lumpy!!! I tried shaking the lumps out and drank a quarter of one tetra pack but could not tolerate the texture. I have 1 1/2 cases left now of lumpy shakes. I suppose I could just take them back to Costco but I live at least an hour drive from the nearest one. Has anyone else had them go lumpy?

2011年4月18日 · Last month was the first time I ended up with a bad box of Premier Protein shakes. I wasn't sure what all the fuss here was about, since all of mine had been fine. Then I got a box at Costco, went to drink one down, and I could only drink about 1/3 in before feeling gross because of how thick it was. Costco was great and let me return both boxes.

2010年2月24日 · Dr.Graber/Fitzer's guideline is to use whey isolate and/or soy isolate as the protein sources in shakes. I just looked up the nutritional information of the regular ready-to-drink chocolate CIB and there is 38g of sugar in it (I know there are no sugar added ones, but they still don't have soy or whey isolate protein in it).

2007年8月27日 · Protein bullets don't work 'cause they are collagen protein and we don't absorb it. You can do no sugar added carnation instant breakfast but it doesn't have much protein and still has kind of a lot of sugar. There are plenty of protein shakes that taste good, at leas to me. Go to vitalady.com and order a whole bunch of samples.
