2024年12月12日 · 8ft @ 16-17sec today. Sunny Saturday, with little surf elsewhere in the North Island, so I feared the worst crowd wise, but apart from Inner Point it was fine. Ended up surfing Middle Point on my 8'6 DS, plenty big but oddly a little soft.

2024年12月6日 · I worked all day like a chump but managed a tidy 1.5 hrs before it got dark on me. Same place, same board. Slightly crossed up but still really fun. Riding the same board twice in a row is good for your surf performance, who knew. Got a few slashes where I really pushed through my heels and it felt very good. Very fun.

2007年10月17日 · Last surf of the year as well. Glad we decided to just go and see what the waves brought us. Ended up getting a couple of fun ones, the last one in particular felt great. Even pulled off a turn. Rode the V4. Really liking it. Gotta learn how to surf, though. The older I get, the worse I get. Ugh. Good times and great ringing out the year with ya.
