Apr 11, 2007 · Most of all, Pep Boys has the "Buy 3, get one free" deal, as long as you get the mounting/balancing, and roadside hazard plan (or w/e it is called).. All in all, aparently, for 4 tires, mounted, balanced, valve stems, it comes out to $426.xx, and you get the 40,000 mile warranty, aslong as you get your tires rotated every 6,000 miles at Pepboys...

Beware of Pep Boys radiators | Jeep Enthusiast Forums
Jan 25, 2008 · When I rebuilt the engine in my Jeep, I went ahead and replaced the original radiator with a "spectra premium(?)" aluminum radiator core from pep boys. At $139, this is not exactly a "premium" core by any means, but seeing as it is made in CHINAAAA, it is no wonder it leaked. The leak was at the bottom passenger side, in the core, not the end caps.

Jan 25, 2008 · Some of the Les Schwab tires and Pep Boys tires are made by Cooper lowend subsidiary companies (less quality). Dean is the one that makes several Les Schwab SUV tires (AT, MT, and at least one hybrid). I forgot the name of the Cooper subsidiary brand that makes Pep Boys SUV tires.

It’s directly connected to a small 400 watt 120 volt inverter I paid $5 from Pep Boys (normally $25 on sale but came with a $20 rebate coupon.) It was installed to power my TRAINHORNS instead of the $600 compressor the TrainHorn people specified.

Brand name shops like Tires Plus, PEP Boys, Goodyear, Firestone, usually don't have highly skilled technicians. If following the instructions on the computer screen of the alignment machine doesn't fix your problem they are totally lost.
