Strange question...but I cannot find "heavy cream" in my local
2022年11月28日 · The whipping cream and heavy cream do in fact both turn into whipped cream first. However, the heavy cream will eventually separate. The whipping cream never separates. At least not in my machine. No idea if thats always the case for every device or method.

2022年11月22日 · If there's butter, there is no shortage of heavy cream....as whipped heavy cream turns into butter. This time of year heavy cream is used A LOT. Also, there's only usually 2-3 brands of heavy cream. It's always in stock where I live, but our store does seem to stock more heavy cream than say Walmart.

2023年4月19日 · Check around different Walmart stores. I went to a WM Market and they had half gallon cartons for about $7. I know Costco sells larger bottles of cream. Your other option is to check the smaller grocery stores, maybe some of the ethnic stores. I have had some luck getting larger quantities from stores like this.

If I want pure heavy cream, I need to go to Whole Foods. I think Trader Joes has a brand that is pure heavy cream as well, but I may be wrong.

To get the factories to make more cream, the dry milk consuming factories need to ramp back up, and that will take another year.
