2011年10月9日 · OK, so I ended up repurchasing the multimeter with tach from Harbor Freight and am happy to report that the Stiffchezze method indeed works quite well. Just push the red probe in alongside the brown wire till you make contact.

Auto trans only manually shifting with new TCM and solenoids
2019年12月7日 · That has a new harness on it. I did some digging, and the plug at the back of the trans is where those 2 solenoids connect through. It's a translucent 2 prong plug. Just hooked my multimeter up to it, and the TCM is right, no continuity from either one. I'm beginning to think whoever installed the trans messed something up inside.

Hook it up set it on the low voltage range connected between the O2 sensor wire (assuming it is a one wire - maybe not give your year) and ground. You should be able to watch it fluctuate between 0 and 0.8 volts. Poor man's A/F meter.
