A Clearwater man who vandalized the Delray Beach LGBT pride intersection for the second time pleaded guilty in court Wednesday morning before apologizing at the request of a Palm Beach County judge.

Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals heard arguments Tuesday on whether the sentence of the man who confessed to the 1997 murder of an Oklahoma woman should be upheld.
