Reliance Jio has partnered with SpaceX to offer Starlink to its customers in India just hours after Airtel's partnership.

Jio Platforms and Bharti Airtel are now preparing to compete in both traditional broadband and the satellite internet market. Starlink, developed by SpaceX, will offer internet coverage via a network of low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites.

Jio will not only offer Starlink equipment in its retail outlets but will establish a mechanism to support customer service installation and activation. The agreement with SpaceX is part of Jio’s commitment to ensuring that reliable internet is fully accessible to all enterprises,
