Sinbad Sportfishing has been providing private charters throughout the Oregon Inlet and nearshore Atlantic waters for decades. As a husband and wife team, Cpts. Will & Viv McPherson invite you to experience their beautiful local waters. They welcome guests to North Carolina’s Outer Banks from all over the United States and abroad. Our sportfisher operates out of the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center, which is located in Nags Head, NC. The waters we sail are home to some of the finest sportfishing in North Carolina. We catch a variety of different species aboard the Sinbad including Speckled Trout, Amberjack, Flounder, King and Spanish Mackerel, Blues, Cobia, Drum, Croaker, Fall Rockfish, Channel Bass, Black Sea Bass, and Small Shark.

We had a very nice fishing trip with Sinbad. Captain and crew were very friendly and found this fish fast. We caught about 18 fish in a 4 hour trip (false albacore, Spanish Mackerel, ribbonfish) 643raja的完整评论

We are actually a Nearshore/ inshore fishing business. The cost for the gulfstream charter boats in our district of the Outer Banks Of North Carolina (think Nags Head) average $1900.00 per day. I would try speaking directly with a tuna captain for the best info. You can find the list online through Oregon Inlet etc. All marinas house tuna boats as it is very popular! Catch them up and tight lines! V McPherson

Nearshore our runs of fish begin in May. If the water temps stay on track we can see some schools of taylor blues around the shoals. Looking for drum is also an option (think redfish-release ). The warmer the water, the greater the possibilities. South of our area (think 20-30 miles) they will begin to see blues, some spanish, and Iike ourselves, an occasional shot on the red drum release. The earlier the Spring, the more consistent the water temps. For any other species I would just float us an email. Thank you ! V McPherson

Fishing the Bay and beaches this time of year can be different every year. Last year we fished into December on striped bass. This year we have closed the books on nearshore fishing due to fronts chilling us way down water temp wise. The offshore fleet will continue to fish for tunas through the winter. That would be your next bet this time of year. V McPherson Sinbad
